Auf deutsch sieht das direkt KOMPLETT anders aus - https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Key:access Das gehört wohl angepasst, die frage ist was an was, normalerweise ja deutsch an englisch, aber joa.

Diese kurze Tabelle wurde erst eingefügt am 18.06.2023 (!) und steht selbst im Widerspruch zur Tabelle weiter unten “List of possible values” wo es heißt:

Value Description
no General public access is prohibited. Stronger interdiction than private. Examples: a fully closed road; a restricted military facility. …

Also das wäre eindeutig access=private und nicht access=no
