Hi what about man=made=mast, with specifications ?
here https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:man_made=mast even the power is mentioned at the end as power tower design for just one or two masts.
Please, do not use man=made=mast for power. Actually, all/most power=tower are masts.
In the power context we have tower and power=pole as the two options and this one seems to be a bigger pole. All other tags look good.
hard to judge scale on this photo, but is it maybe power=pole?
