A place for the OSM community in Spain.

Why is this new category needed instead of being hosted as part of the existing ones?

Because it is a country level category ¿?

Is this a new space or does it already exist on other platforms? Where?

Sure: talk-es email list, instant messenger (telegram & Matrix), wiki…

Current volume of messages on the former platforms, if any (per week/per month)

talk-es currently has around 2 or 3 messages per week but it had several in the past. Now all most of all the conversations are in Telegram (and matrix) IM group.

Is there a transition plan for the old platform to this new one? (please link or describe)

Well, not really but from the most dynamic people in the community we will try to promote this new tool.

¿Dónde se añade lo del foro? ¿Aquí o en otra solicitud? Entiendo que aquí deberían confluir todas las comunicaciones formales de la comunidad en el futuro. @nukeador creo que lo tendrá presente.

¿Aquí te refieres a el subforo en forum.osm.org o hay otro foro?

La migración de los datos en los viejos foros de OSM está programada también para finales de mes.
