PTNA: news for Public Transport Network Analysis

I’ve implemented that. This will be shown for new GTFS feeds only - so in July.

The reason is that the calculations are now done once and only once when the GTFS data has been downloaded, aggregated and analysed. The calculations will no longer be done (every time) when displaying the Web page.

I’ll be unavailable starting July 4 for a minimum of 2 weeks. Let’s see whether there are some GTFS updates early July.

@Nielkrokodil Ich könnte einen AT-??? GTFS-Datensatz aber auch heute schon mal vorab bereitstellen. Gibt’s eine Vorliebe?

@Nielkrokodil Für die Schweiz mit ihren 75k eindeutigen trips dauerte die Vorabberechnung der sum_rides ca. 2 Stunden. Mal schauen, ob ich da an der DB was optimieren kann.

Just released a new feature on the Website

  • “Copy to Clipboard” for key, value suggestions on route_master and route relations

based on request by and discussions with @JesseFTW

It will copy all the data into a “key=value\r\n” list which can easily be pasted into editors

  • iD : Ctrl-V into the text input field for the selected object
  • JOSM : Shift-Ctrl-V on the selected object
  • Level0 : ?
  • others : ?

It replaces the former “Create *.osm template for JOSM” feature which wasn’t really helpful.

Works great – and for Level0, it is also just Ctrl-V after the header line for the desired object.

PTNA - GTFS Analysen does not show the cumulated number of sub-routes. Was it July only or is it a bug?

Seems to be a bug. I’ll check next week, whether the bug is in the aggregation or in the web site.

Was a bug in my brain when joining two tables in sqlite3.

I also had to find a replacement for “FULL JOIN” as this is not supported on the target server (ptna.openstreetmap.de) but on my PC. So the first fix did not work on the target server.

Fix is now available for AT-VVSt and DE-BY-MVG and will be available for all others once a new feed release is available
