My edits appear saved to me but are not being displayed on OpenStreetMap. What could be preventing their display?

I am new to this. I edited my office building, which was labeled incorrectly, I saved, and it appears correct in my edits, but will not display publicly. Did I miss an important step? Thank you!

You need to refresh cache in your browser (mostly Ctrl+F5 is helpful). Similar thread is here: I can‘t see my edits

Hi. Is this the place, Changeset: 149878437 | OpenStreetMap ? Looking at the history it seems that one building was deleted and one had some tags removed. They have both now been reverted by user nevw, are they OK now?
