Panoramax is the only one that’s actually open source from the ground up.
Panoramax.fr is in english and technically anyone can upload there, but they do prefer that people start creating their own instances. Similar to how with Mastodon it’s best if not everybody is on mastodon.social but spreads out over their own instances
