Ljubljana 2023 orthophoto online again

In case not everybody has noticed yet: The 2023 Ljubljana orthophoto is online again and hence available in JOSM. It had been offline for a couple of months until recently.

It can be viewed in the Online Map Viewer. Unfortunately, it’s not available for the web-based iD editor for OSM.

Is there a reason for that? Or someone just needs to do a PR for editor-layer-index/sources/europe/si at gh-pages · osm-hr/editor-layer-index · GitHub ?

That’s being discussed here. So far, we’ve narrowed down the problem to license issues (which we’re working on).
