The user air_surveyor_nwt has resolved a whole bunch of old notes, but they have made 3 edits, last of which was 6 years ago, so I don’t think they actually acted on any of the notes, what should we do?

Please ask them why they closed the Notes, apparently without actually fixing them.

There’s no reply, and there seems to be another mass closure of notes, seemingly with spam closing notes.
User involved has already been blocked, asked for an explanation & (I think?) all the closed Notes should now be re-opened.
