How to map hiking path

Hi , I’m ordinatous (mean computer for all) from osm Fr.

I’m here because I know Brtish people for a long time , and now I would you to give me some advice about hiking map.

I’m from Chamonix, and it could be to long how to explain you all the stotye , but I trust you.
I know how you can make a problem so simle .

I’m in a front off a bit problem. Some path are tagging like a simple path .

But it’s not, it’s much more like a alpin_path ou a climbing_acces , like multi pitch (even you make trad climbing).

So I would find some tag much more similar to the reall place.
And then I’m continu to walk like an Egyptian oh eh oh

after few day to discuss on french forum , about this.

It’s appear that we don’t need some new tag, but much more using existant tag, like sac_scale .
