If you see a problem on a rendered map, can you go to that place on https://www.openstreetmap.org/ and use the “query features” button at the bottom right to see if the problem still remains? Likely it has been fixed in the data and you’re just seeing a cached version of some old data (either in your browser, or from the tile CDN). If you do see vandalised data stll, please report the object ID that is the problem.

Enclose the string ‘url’ in square brackets, followed by the URL, and close with /url in square brackets, like this:

Then you can make a list of links (URLs).

Refreshing cache should work, see RU:Кэш браузера - OpenStreetMap Wiki

If it does not work then link to specific location, or even better: a specific object would work. I would then try to edit in this areas to force cache refresh.

Maybe I would try to ask OPS to flush tile caches and force full refresh, but not sure how and whether it can be done (to avoid crashing tile servers from overuse etc).
