around here there are ancient etruscan necropoli that look right like this, with lots of tumuli (burial mounds from the first millennium BC). But it could also be other circular buildings :wink:

actually, looking again, I think yours are smaller, but it seems they’re enclosed by a hedge or fence or palisade or wall , I guess it has to do with either agriculture or religion, could be a cemetery :wink:

Why not something like “Eritrea Mapping Guide” (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Eritrea_Mapping_Guide to create) on the model of North Korea Mapping Guide - OpenStreetMap Wiki (so image with explanation below, this should be enough).
