Croatia - Inconsistent Layer Tagging on Highways

Hello OSM Croatia,

I’m happy to introduce myself as the new contact for community engagement in Croatia. I’ll be taking over from my colleagues Dario and Chiara, who are moving on to new responsibilities within TomTom. I’ve been managing community relationships across several other European countries, and I’m really looking forward to working with the Croatian OSM community as well.

Today I am announcing a new MapRoulette challenges for the community:

This challenge focuses on updating layer tags for highway features such as bridges and tunnels. By resolving missing or mislabeled layer tags, we improve OSM data accuracy and support safer, more reliable routing
If a task is already resolved, please mark it as “Already Fixed.” For issues that do not require changes, mark them as “Not an Issue.”

That one sounded useful by description!

But by the time I got some free time to take it on, it was already solved (except few hard cases which needs on-site survey probably).
