Hello all. I’m still inexperienced with mapping so I’m unsure if this is the correct place to propose a bulk edit but the industrial bog railways operated by Bord na Móna shut back in 2023. I think the best way to retag them would be to find ways tagged ‘railway=narrow_gauge’ and ‘operator=Bord na Móna’ and give them the tags ‘railway=disused’ and ‘disused:railway=narrow_gauge’. I’m not proficient with code so I’m not sure how that would appear as an Overpass query. As far as I know, none of the railways have been preserved yet, so there shouldn’t need to be any exceptions.
