You flagged this topic as Send @[missing %{username} value] a message

On this post I voted it down and then flagged it, and from the options there sent a message to the poster explaining why it wasn’t an actual answer to the problem. They then edited their post to delete the content. That’s all OK, except that below the post I now see “You flagged this topic as Send @[missing %{username} value] a message” in grey.

I think that the actual username is in Hebrew, if that is relevant - clearly the actual username isn’t “missing”, but inserting RTL text into an LTR message might be breaking something.

Also, the post shows both up and downvotes. If I hover over the downvote I see my name (which is correct) but if I hover over the upvote I just see a spinner.

I am both a moderator of the category that the topic is in and the person who sent a message; not sure which over those is relevant.

I’ve seen that happen before as well for other posts. If I click on the reaction count on the left, your reaction is listed as the only one.

I think it might be happening when someone adds a reaction and then removes it again.
