See here: OSM is currently under a recurring vandalism spree and these ways are generally fixed as fast as they appear on the map.
Press Ctrl+F5 and or use the object thingy on the right of the map (the one which allows you to select nodes around an area) to see if the ways still exists on the map and not if they’re buffered.
