I exported file with OverPassAPI because my map has more than 5000 nodes
I downloaded file with no extension and I don’t know how can I work with it?
Can anybody help me?

You’ve probably got a file called “map” which contains uncompressed raw OSM data. Lots of tools exist that allow you to work with it (load it into a database, merge it with other files, extract data from it etc.), but which one is appropriate to you depends on what you want to do with it.
If you can explain what problem you were trying to solve (something prompted you to export data - what was that?) then people might be able to help.
