Why is move option not in popup menu

I am trying to move a building that crosses a road but there is no ‘move’ option in the popup menu when i select the feature

As said by Bhousel, the move option is only available on a desktop.

I don’t get the question – “Move” works just fine for me in iD:

I don’t see that menu.
Im using Chrome on Android.
