Where's the create poll option?

I want to create a poll, but did not find the Poll Builder among the options. From teh Discourse help I understand it should be here

but what I see is this

Can you scroll down in the options menu from your second image? For me, the create poll option also isn’t initially visible in that menu (and there isn’t always a visible scroll bar depending on where my mouse cursor is at the moment), but I am able to scroll down with the mouse wheel to reveal additional options.
