Hello, is there a database for Place Names? It seems it was last updated in 2008. And some places listed here are missing in OSM:

The government makes it really difficult to get hold of information…
I was sent a 2023 version spreadsheet with 1475 place updates and name changes, but it seems I can’t link it here.
Also, a place like Pirintsho has a different sagns_id than before.
