What kind of kerb is this?

There’s a road here where, some non-standard kerbs have been used:

They are full height, but roughly in a 45° angle. Going down with a bike is already annoying on some, going up, I would consider risky, depending on the bike. With a car, these aren’t a problem (and obviously designed to work), as long as you don’t go fast. How would you tag these? “Invent” a new kerb=*-value? kerb=raised + motor_vehicle=yes?

Edit: similar to this:

Centre top I’d call sloped, hugely irritating, when wet and approached under an angle a flat on your face risk. So kerb=sloped but there’s also amenity=sloped_curb and odd is this not being sloped_kerb.

Based on OSM’s ‘key:kerb’ documentation, wouldn’t a ‘kerb=lowered’ tag make the most sense?
That is, ‘barrier=kerb + kerb=lowered’
