Hello, I wonder what is the purpose of Relation: Philippines maritime boundary (2850940) while Relation: Philippines (443174) already covers it? It seems a bit redundant and does not translate well to OSM-Boundaries (Most of the regions grouped into Philippines maritime boundary instead).
