Upload many Data

Hi

we are a small office and we work with municipality to optimize adress

so we have 1000 axes with name and near 6.000 points adress under Oracle (SDO_GEOMETRY)

we want help OSM to cover a piece of the world (our…)

is there a way to upload this data on OSM fast and secure ? no need draw under USM Plugin ?
