Turn restriction in complex intersection

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with a complex intersection. I need create a no left turn restriction from the street “Avenida Los Carrera” to street “Vicuña Mackenna” (from west to north), but at same time the vehicles comes from street “Mena” can go forward to street “Vicuña Mackenna” (from south to north).

I’m confused, because with a simple no left turn restriction I can only supply the first condition, but not the second.

I found the junction - it’s here. You can use the way from the west as from role, the center node of the crossing as via role and the way to the north as to role. Not complicated because there is only one center node at this junction. With this restriction vehicles from the south can drive to the north - because they don’t use the from role of the just described restriction.
