Tunisia - OTM from opentopomap.org

HI

For many weeks, some tiles of OTM Tunisia are missing.
See: OpenTopoMap Garmin Maps
It seems the downloaded IMG file (otm-tunisia.img) is corrupt or wrongly rendered.

I already sent an E-Mail to to the responsible guys from opentopomap.org,
(stefan@opentopomap.org) but it seems they are too busy to read their E-Mails.

How the problem can be solved?

Where can I get a good OTM of Tunisia for my Garmin GPSMAP65S?

Various map style are available to download here. Ignore the wall of text at the top of the page, go down to where it says “Worldwide” and look at the options below there.
