I’m not sure if you’d had time to read me post here, but I would apprecate your view on the questions posed there.
Isn’t that kind of already in progress? If I read this Moderator selection criteria correctly, on December 10th 2022, the question of current moderation there will be put to vote. If this is correct, it seems to me that the matter is being handled already.
If you believe that the people in latam community themselves should be able to decide who their moderators are (as it seems to be the case, unless I misunderstand?), then you should rally all interested parties to come vote at that time and make their voices heard, and choose moderators that majority believe will do the best job.
Or am I missing something? Is that period (of about a month) perhaps too short to effectively lobby to the people for which moderators they should vote for and why? Or is it much too long and irrepairable damage is being done every second that passes? Or perhaps you do not feel that people should be able to vote for who they think is best choice for the moderator? Or is the problem something else, and if so - what exactly?
