Most black on white is glared out for me so I use computer and devices in a darm theme. On the discourse forum I have great trouble if not impossible reading the hyperlink texts when the webbrowser is set to dark theme, where white on black/very dark is well readable for me in general. Some screenshots:
Is there a way to tweak local settings to make those link texts lighter and if not, could the community forum operators set this to a lighter hue.

PS, the actual link I can read left bottom in the status bar like below, but it requires to position the mouse on each link in this example and then turn eyes or head to squint at the little text left bottom and interpret what it’s saying being link and text often not the same.
Oh, yes, already massively better. So the option on preferences > interface is WCAG Dark and to boot the preview frame while writing is also greatly improved.
Because you use Vivaldi browser, there is a second option: Page Actions
On the right side of the statusbar are some icons. One is for the Page Actions. If you click on that icon you can select different filters to apply to a browser tab.
“Filter: Intensify” is probably what you are looking for:
