TrigpointingUK website - do we have permission?

Do we have permission to use this website?

I can’t find any information about it’s copyright status, and am unsure if that’s a good enough reason to use data from it on OSM.

I note it was discussed on this mailing list, but still can’t make heads or tails:

My interest in this comes solely in the context of a trig point that seems to have been destroyed back in 2018 but is still mapped, which is noted here:

I see they have a contact point listed on their site.

Maybe just drop them a line to ask about copyright, & if they are happy for us to copy their info?
