The translation button is not available for this new topic:
I believe the reason is the welcome banner placed by Discourse making the programme to believe this message is in english. If that is the case, can it be fixed?
Oddly, the translate button appears for me, and successfully translates from French to English.
This could have been the reason, but does not work for me. The post is 2h now and still no translation button available.
Just checking another “first time post” where the button is displayed:

Could it be a caching issue from looking at the post when it was 1 minute old? For me as for SomeoneElse there is nothing unusual about that post, the translation button works fine. If clearing your cache doesn’t work maybe try a different browser or private window?

I did not think about that after 2 hourse but apparently your are right. Just opened the topic again and now the translation button shows up. Problem solved …
