Timezone definitions are old

Hi,

I live in Minsk, it’s FET / MSK timezone, UTC+3.
Forum lists Moscow / MSK as UTC+4, and doesn’t show FET timezone at all, detecting me into Eastern European timezone, which is UTC+2.
