I was looking in the key:natural subset of the site, and was curious if more experienced contributors could tell me if something relatively concrete [Like the Plant Hardiness Zones] (https://planthardiness.ars.usda.gov/) would be a reasonable thing to add? Is that not “Physical” enough to be added as a feature tag for OSM? Is there a better place I could go about adding this?
I would say that this kind of data such as average temperature is definitely out of scope for OSM, and unsuitable for mapping here, for several reasons.
