DWG here. We received a message from the Municipality of Roblin that it is no longer Municipality of Hillsburg – Roblin – Shell River which is shown as alt_name:en tag.
Anyone here familiar with this area of Manitoba that could verify and update?

The “Municipality of Hillsburg – Roblin – Shell River” was created by the amalgamation of the former Rural Municipality of Hillsburg, Town of Roblin, and Rural Municipality of Shell River in Manitoba Regulation (M.R.) 124/2014 (the “Rural Municipality of Hillsburg, Town of Roblin and Rural Municipality of Shell River Amalgamation Regulation”), which came into force on January 1, 2015.
Only three months after that, the Municipality’s name was changed to “Municipality of Roblin”, in M.R. 40/2015 (PDF), an amendment to the Municipal Status and Boundaries Regulation.
The relevant subsection of that regulation has been the same ever since: “Municipality of Roblin”. (see Schedule C, Section 65.1). The municipal government website is at https://www.roblinmanitoba.com/, and literally every bylaw, department name, policy statement, press release, etc. reads “Municipality of Roblin”. I think it’s very safe to say that “Municipality of Hillsburg – Roblin – Shell River”, an official name that was only in legislative use for three months at the beginning of 2015, has no common currency whatsoever, and doesn’t merit tagging at all. At a stretch, one might tag it old_name:en:2015-01-01--2015-03-30=*. (or however the language and date syntax ought to work)
