The file containing only elevation contour lines that I downloaded cannot be displayed in LOCUSMAP after converting it to MAPSFORGE format. Please help me.
After converting an 8.22MB .osm file to a .map file, it shrinks to only 2KB.
The tools I am using are osmconvert64-0.8.8p, osmosis 0.49, and mapsforge writer 0.20. Below is a portion of the code I am using.
osmconvert64 .osm --fake-version -o=.osm
osmosis --rx file=****.osm --mw file=***.map type=hd
osm file xml
