Many NHs across the country are seeing expansion from single carriageway to dual carriageway setups, and as part of this the new NHs often get route realignments. How do I add these new NHs to the existing NH relation? Should the old single carriageway segments be removed and put into a new “old NHxx” relation? Or should both be kept in the same NH relation? I added a few segments of NH161’s new 10 lane setup here: Way: NH161 (1239017017) | OpenStreetMap but I wasn’t sure how to add it to the NH161 relation. Any help on the preferred way to handle this?
