How should we tag pay-by-phone parking?
Currently, there are tags like payment:ringgo=yes/no/only to indicate if it’s accepted, but there doesn’t seem to be a consistent standard for tagging the location reference.
There are:

ref:ringgo=* - 7
paybyphone:location_number=* - 5
ref:parkmobile=*
i guess, for a standard car park, i’d do:
amenity=parking
parking=surface
fee=yes
ref:{provider}=*
payment:{provider}=*
It’d be good to standardise tagging for this, do some wiki updates, and maybe add some fields to iD/streetcomplete etc. thoughts?
