Tagging military facility

I have a question regarding tagging of military facility(ies). I just think online censoring of maps are not correct.

Should I just go ahead and tag them, or the Openstreetmap Foundation has understanding with any government in the world that new Openstreetmappers (like myself) should be aware of?

It all depends on the country you live in. OSM itself does not impose any restrictions. Just read the OSM wiki:
