Tagging building as place=village

I found four user are tagging building as place=village. It is not possible to change one by one into building and some features covers as landuse also. Each user has mistakes in more then one changeset. I have comment them but not received any reply.

Below list are of changeset and username:
59872050 by keshav bagale
59965356 by Diwas
59926949 by dhiru
59840084 by Aayush Humagain

What will be the solution to correct these mistakes?

  1. Export osm data in GIS tool
  2. Find all polygons with 4 points only and place =village.
  3. Rename them in building=yes
  4. Reload them to OSM
  5. Remove wrong data.
