I exported an OSmap as svg in scale 1:300.000. A distance of 3.3…cm should correspond to 10 km if my maths is correct.
After export I opened the svg map in inkscape and drew a line of 3.3 cm length on this map. I expected it to correspond to a distance of ca. 10km. However the distance it corresponds to is rather half that (5km).
Am I doing something fundamentally wrong or is there a bug in the svg export?
