is there a repository to download css file to styl emy maps like OSM?

One of the switch2osm guides will talk you through the process of setting up a tile server that serves raster tiles that look exactly like those from the “standard” style at https://www.openstreetmap.org/.

However, there are lots of technologies available to create maps from OSM data, and depending what the target for your map is, this may not be the best option. It is probably the best documented option, though.

None of the technologies “just use a simple .css” though.
