StreetComplete asking for operator on charging stations

StreetComplete seems to ask its users for operators of charging stations. When there isn’t any, then SC escalates this to a map note, like this one.

These notes don’t seem to have any purpose. When contacting the app user asking them why they created the unnecessary note, then the usual reply is “Uh sorry, my app just asked me this question, I don’t know why.”

Can someone from SC please implement a solution that handles these cases in another way?

is there any such note with photo of a charging station? (maybe SC should push harder for attaching photo of a situation)
