Stairs with separate ramp(-ish)

Hi all, I’ve come across this sort of ‘steps with no ramp built in, but erosion has created a ramp for cyclists’ sort of deal a lot lately, how should I be mapping it? Right now, I’m thinking to map the ramp as a separate way with wheelchair=no, and ignore the ‘ramp’ key entirely.

As you correctly note, this is not a ramp. A ramp must be part of the stairway, here it’s obviously not the case.
Ideally, also map incline, width, and surface.
