Seasonal Closure Dates

Is there a way with the current tagging standard to indicate the dates that a way is closed/open?

For example the Highway 40 in Alberta has a section through Highwood Pass that is closed December 1st to June 15th:

Is there some way to tag this so that (in future) it can be indicated on maps and/or date aware GPS devices won’t try and route through there in winter?

You could use Conditional Restrctions for this.

That looks like it would do it, however what is the syntax for a particular day of the year for that, ie as opposed to a month as in the examples?

Edit: actually it looks like https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:opening_hours clarifies it a bit as, so it would be something like:

…:conditional=yes @ Jun 16-Nov 30
