Gracias,
Atentamente

Hello, everybody in Spain.
We are currently working on an issue that we need your assistance with, please.
Basically, it’s a dispute between two mappers concerning hiking / mountaineering trails in the Aralar Mountains.
One person is saying that these trails don’t physically exist on the ground, so shouldn’t be shown in OSM, and has then deleted them. The other party involved tells us that these trails are used by a lot of people, who rely on the OSM traces, so they should remain mapped.
Further background on the dispute can be found at: Caminos borrados del OSM en Aralar - Mendiak.
So we need your help, please.
Can anybody confirm for us as to whether or not these trails do actually exist on the ground, and are used?
If anybody could please help us out either by responding here, or if you prefer to reply privately, to data@osmfoundation.org quoting Ticket #2022121810000027 — Issue #23505, it would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Kind regards
