Hey, I am working at a startup and we were wondering if we could take a screenshot of a map, draw an area on top of it in e.g. Photoshop or Figma, and then use this visual in our web app - for commercial use. It would be a static image of the map, essentially an edited and modified version of it.
What else is required to be able to make this happen from a legal pov?
