the Park showing a boat doesn’t exist anymore. There should be a building there.

How to get OSM updated with new imagery so that we can add businesses that exist here?

OSM doesn’t provide any satellite images. You are using Bing I suppose.

Now, if you press B there’s MD 2014 6 Inch Aerial Imagery available which happens to have some new buildings.

For future, have a look at https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/blob/master/FAQ.md#how-can-i-report-an-issue-with-background-imagery

If the bussines exists you can add it, no matter how old the imagery is. Just map it where you think it should be. The precision can always be improved if needed, with gpx tracks or when the new imagery shows it.
