What is going on? I see this sporadically across the map looking at Cumbria but only on certain zoom levels. White lines, occasionally with anti Russian slurs in Russian.
This comes from recurring acts of vandalism. Force reloading the view should help, Ctrl-F5 or Ctrl-Shift-R depending on web-browser.
