Look at this routing view of Geofabrik.
It shows a big amount of connection issues happened in the last 2 - 3 weeks (I have run through almost all problems 3 weeks ago but they are more).
You can find roads that are looking connected but they are not. Thats where every route calculation will fail as there is no connection.
