I guess is this an example of the same kind of thing I mentioned in the side-discussion above about the ‘South Circular’ in London - names my be used by a variety of stakeholders without them being canonical terminology as designated by statutory bodies. Cartographers will often have to take pragmatic decisions on tagging in these situations. (But that should not extend to simply making things up )

I will say I found it a bit off-putting that my, in my view, on-topic post with some substance got 2 emoji responses, and an off-topic rub at another off-topic poster got 4 responses…
