I recently mapped these houses: Changeset: 147554379 | OpenStreetMap and when you zoom out,the building outlines appear, but of you zoom in the disappear. Any ideas why that happens? What’d I do wrong?

The data you added takes a few minutes to be rendered to tiles. Tiles are images that get cached by the browser. To see the new tiles you need to clear the browser cache.
You can do this by pressing ctrl+f5
I just tested it on another browser, and this issue still appears, with the buildings disappearing once i zoom in so unless browsers can share caches this issue is
on OSM’s side
