Question regarding OSM Elements for "Guam"

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well!
I’m posting here because I posted a note on Openstreetmap and I think it got wrongfully closed.
The note id is “3360805” and it says:

“Hi. I believe a certain Tag is missing here(relation/14099676), because there is already another administrative boundary with admin level 4 for the island of Guam(relation/306001) with the EEZ included. Does it really make sense to have two admin level=4 elements for Guam?”

Let me know which element is the correct one or if it is supposed to be 2 admin lv 4 elements for Guam.

Looks like this one:

Is redundant and should be removed. There are already place=island and boundary=administrative relations that satisfy mapping the extents of Guam.

I know this is old, but indeed, relation/14099676 was redundant data and so was deleted in changeset/137269763.

The (much older) relation/1152532 is correct, and remains in the map.
