PTNA: news for Public Transport Network Analysis

I just added analysis support for OSM’s public-transport data to ptna for

• DE-BW-move
  • Verkehrsverbund Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg (move)
  • Landkreise Rottweil, Tuttlingen und Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis
  • CSV-data in the OSM-wiki has not been added yet
  • analysis of gtfs data is also available DE-BW-move

I also added analysis of gtfs data for

• DE-BW-RVF
  • Stadt Freiburg im Breisgau; Landkreis Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald; Landkreis Emmendingen
  • Regio-Verkehrsverbund Freiburg

both based on a hint by @skyper in post #11 in Fahrplanwechsel 2025

I also fixed the “release urls” mentioned in the same post (which become active with new versions of the GTFS data).
